To ensure your order is able to be distributed on time and to the correct location. 

Once orders are fulfilled they will be given to the organization to distribute at a later date they will decide on and inform you of a pickup time and date through social media, email, etc. Please provide all accurate information including your Coach's name! Discount codes and returns or exchanges are not accepted with any of these items.  If items are out of stock, a replacement of similar quality will be chosen to fulfill your order in most cases.   A refund will be issued if the item is specified to a certain/brand or style isn't available to fulfill the order.

Orders will be distributed at a later date by the organization.  Items in this EYRA Knights store will not be shipped.

All orders are final once distributed.
